All LGBTQ+ faculty and staff are invited to join the inaugural »Ê¹Ú²©²ÊÍøÖ· LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association!

A new group composed of LGBTQ+ employees at »Ê¹Ú²©²ÊÍøÖ· is an employee resource organization connecting LGBTQ+ individuals socially and professionally. We aim to promote community, provide opportunities for social networking, increase dialogue, offer mentoring opportunities in higher ed, to promote retention of LGBTQ+ individuals at »Ê¹Ú²©²ÊÍøÖ·, and build solidarity among the college’s LGBTQ+ faculty and staff. 

The LGBTQ+ association plans to host meetings and provide resources for LGBTQ+ employees, including social networking and meetups, providing support in navigating workplace interactions, and more.

The LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association facilitates opportunities to celebrate, empower, and connect our diverse LGBTQ+ faculty and staff.  Our goal is to ensure the inclusion and success of LGBTQ+ individuals in professional and personal development through connection, leadership, mentoring, and advocacy in support of »Ê¹Ú²©²ÊÍøַ’s commitment to diversity.

»Ê¹Ú²©²ÊÍøÖ·'s faculty, professional staff, classified staff, and administration who identify as LGBTQ+ are invited to join our social and networking events. The Faculty and Staff LGBTQ+ Association Group hosts several events a semester.
