Mindfulness Playlists
I have developed playlists on both Spotify and YouTube. These playlists were created specifically to assist »Ê¹Ú²©²ÊÍøÖ· students with practicing breathing and other mindfulness techniques. Most of the techniques listed on these playlists are 5-15 minutes in length. Interesting in trying a new technique? Recommendations: 1) select 1-2 to try at first, and 2) practice on a regular basis. You might notice a change right away, or it may take some time to experience benefits.
