The Senior Traditions Challenge features seven traditions for seniors to complete in the spring semester. These traditions are considered unique and celebrate seniors and their transition from students to alumni.

- 1. 🔵 Visit your first ʹڲַ residence hall

- 🔵 Extra credit - submit selfies or pictures of you in front of your first residence hall.
- We invite you to visit and post a picture at every campus address you had during your time at ʹڲַ -- this could be a nostalgic walk down memory lane. This form can accept up to 5 files (pictures) for this challenge.

- 5. ✍🏼 Make Your Mark with KPC [Knights’ Philanthropic Council]

- Remember, you can restrict your contribution to a team, department, organization or program that was most impactful to you during your time at ʹڲַ.
- Seniors who donate $10 or more will receive a philanthropy honor cord to wear at Commencement.

- The link to this form will be available in the spring semester on this website:
- includes a variety of tips and advice to become an all-star alum!
- Reminders to complete this form will be sent to graduating seniors in the spring semester of their senior year via the Commencement list-serv. The form will collect non-student emails, updated mailing addresses and affinity information for your alumni record and future alumni program invitations.

- 7. 📷 Pose for “cap & gown” photos; individually or with friends

- Submit selfies or pictures of you in front of your favorite ʹڲַ locations wearing your cap, gown, and/or cords.
- UAA will host a FREE two-day Cap & Gown Photo event right after GREAT Day. Link to register will be posted here in the spring: LINK TBD
- We'll post a link to the photos taken at this event for you to download and/or print, and we'll submit your Tradition Challenge completion on your behalf.

The form can accept up to 5 files (pictures) for this challenge.
We understand that it's likely that you may not get the opportunity to take these photos prior to the spring study day deadline for challenge completion. We hope you will still consider submitting your photos for inclusion in this year's senior gallery in the E-Yearbook. Photos submitted to E-Yearbook will be saved for generations to come and may be used in the promotion of future class reunions.

- Photos submitted online may be featured in the annual e-yearbook and on social media.
- Be sure to participate using your ʹڲַ student email address.
- Your progress in UAA's Senior Traditions Challenge will be posted publicly to allow you to keep track of how many challenges you've completed and how many you have left to complete.
- Graduates from the previous fall, this spring, summer or next fall are eligible to participate in the Senior Traditions Challenge.

The Annual Traditions Challenge consists of 18 beloved campus and community traditions that can be completed every year. These traditions are meant to be enjoyed over and over. Every student is eligible to participate and earn monthly and grand prizes in the fall and spring.
